I posted a couple of times last year (here and here) about the upcoming exhibition at the Braunschweigische Landesmuseum from 1 September 2013 about the battle that took place around AD235 between the Romans under Maximinus Thrax and the Germans on the Harzhorn, near Kalefeld. It is called: "Roms vergessener Feldzug. Die Schlacht am Harzhorn".
An incredibly detailed page has gone up at NDR.de with a video introduction, commetary, links, and - this will be useful for non-German speakers - a great photo gallery. Some of these pictures have been seen before, but it is great to have them all together in one place. The axe shown, for example, is the one discussed here and here. The page is here.
The official page at the museum is here.
