Filming Caligula: 1400 Days of Terror - Part 2

At the end of August when Caligula: 1400 Days of Terror showed in Australia I posted a couple of photos of filming. Here are another couple. Don't forget, it premiers in the US tomorrow, Tuesday, October 9, at 2100 Eastern time on the History Channel. The first shot, above, shows the shoot on the beach first thing in the morning. It is indeed as cold as it looks. The second photo, below, is what blood looks like when artfully spilt on sand. Film buffs probably already know (I didn't) that film blood tends to taste like peppermint. Certainly this stuff did. It removes the mystique somehow...
