Marciinus successor by comparison made him for all his faults look good thou we can trace the eastern problem back to Octavion not accepting the divison the the empire between hin and Anthony and Cleopatria that would of unloaded the problem which in the end destroyed the Roman Empire and left him to bring the rest of Europe under Roman control.
