The first link is outdated and points to this weeks report.
I saw the report, it was pretty good. They made the whole process of digging up a battlefield look more logical than the discoveries actually happened, and simplified a few apsects (they always leave Germanicus' campagins 14-16AD out when they talk about the Varus battle being the end of the Romans in Germany), but that's to be expected in a documentary that should reach a wider audience than a few geeks. ;)
